In ancient times, the keris with the Kebo Teki dhapur was widely owned by farmers and agricultural merchants as they believed Kebo Teki brought good luck to farmers and agricultural merchants. De lengte van deze keris is normaal; de wilah (kling) is vlak en breder dan andere kerissen. De gandik die ongeveer 2 tot 2,5 keer de lengte is van een normale keris, de pejetan is ondiep.  In de oudheid was de keris met de Kebo Teki dhapur op grote schaal eigendom van boeren en handelaren in landbouwproducten, omdat ze geloofden Kebo Teki geluk bracht aan boeren en handelaren in landbouwproducten. Deze dapur bezit magische eigenschappen die plantongedierte afweert en de grond bemest. Daarnaast voeden deze magische eigenschappen de fantasie, ondernemingsgeest en motivatie van de eigenaar waardoor zijn onderneming of carrière zal floreren.  Deze kracht straalt ook door naar het gezin van de eigenaar waardoor zijn familie zal excelleren in studies evenals succesvol zal zijn in het leven.  
 
Aan de bovenzijde van de keris prijkt een mooi gesneden Krishna greep van hoorn dat is afgezet met een besay yang wewer. Krishna is de hoofdpersoon in de Mahabarata en is een van de meest aanbeden goddelijke persoonlijkheden in het Hindoeïsme. Vaak wordt hij beschouwd als een incarnatie van Vishnu in populaire vorm.
